Chicago-based Artisan Capital Group, a multifamily real estate investment management firm, has acquired a portfolio of downtown Kansas City apartment buildings with a total investment of $51.13 million.

The portfolio includes 335 apartments across three properties, that is, Library Lofts, Stuart Hall and EBT Lofts. Each building has about 100 units.

Artisan Capital purchased the properties, located in the Central Business District and the Crossroads Arts District, from California-based Steadfast Income REIT Inc.

More so, the combined buildings have 333,180 rentable square feet for apartment units and 21,130 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
