Asana Partners, a U.S. a real estate investment company, has acquired four buildings in Charleston, South Carolina.
The transaction involves a new, four-story building at 550 King Street and another new, two-story building at 562 King Street.
More so, the deal also includes a historic structure of at least three stories at 564 King Street and the ground floor under the ballroom of a Hyatt House hotel at 570 King Street.
Asana Partners paid $14.4 million to U.S. real estate developer Regent Partners and real estate investor GEM Realty Capital to buy around 32,000 square feet in the four buildings on the historic peninsula in Charleston.
