U.S. Autotech Fund II plans to raise $225 million in new offering

U.S.-based Autotech Fund II L.P., a venture capital fund of Autotech Ventures, has filed Form D for a $225 million offering.

Autotech Fund II L.P. secured $77.50 million so far. That is 34.44 percent of the $225 million offering.

The offering has $147.50 million left to be fetched and is still open.

Autotech Ventures has landed a total of $130 million across 2 funds.
