U.S.-based healthcare company Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville and Wolfson Children's Hospital plan to combine to construct a seven-story tower with $187 million pump in.

Wolfson said that it will use five stories of the building to expand its neonatal care center to 75 beds and its pediatric intensive care unit to 26 beds.

The 220,000-square-foot tower will be completed in early 2021.

The top floor will be left open for expansion, and the ground floor will connect Wolfson to Baptist Medical Center.
