A partnership between U.S. real estate private equity firm Bascom Group, LLC and peer Artemis Real Estate Partners has bought Phoenix Townhomes, an apartment community in Fresno, California.
Built in 2004, the 248-unit condominium-style apartment community is located at 5355 North Valentine Ave. in the Northern Fresno submarket.
The partnership paid $35 million or $141,129-per-unit to acquire the property, which features two and three-bedroom units.
Additionally, SVN/MJM & Associates, Inc., brokered the transaction.
