U.S. Bayou Midstream raises $75 mln in funding from EIV Capital

Texas-based full-service midstream company Bayou Midstream LLC has raised $75 million in funding.

The company raised the funds from U.S.-based EIV Capital.

Bayou said that with EIV Capital, it expects to leverage the companies’ combined expertise to establish world-class midstream assets.

The company also expects to drive value for its producer partners in the midstream basins.
