Berkeley Partners, a U.S. real estate investment firm, has purchased a multi-tenant industrial building in Louisville.

Located at 333-335 Centennial Parkway in Louisville, the asset features dock-high and drive-in loading, heavy power, sprinklers, 28-foot clear heights, ample parking and fiber connectivity.

Berkeley Partners bought the 411,485-square-foot building, which is fully leased to six tenants, from DPC Cos. and Long Wharf Capital for $49 million.

Built in 1995, the asset, situated on 24.9 acres, underwent building upgrades, including a new roof, improved entries, an updated façade, as well as a new monument signage, last year.
