Miami-based sports betting and sports media company Betr has secured $35 million in Series A2 funding at a pre-money valuation of $300 million. The round was led by IA Sports Ventures, Eberg Capital, and Fuel Venture Capital, with participation from existing investors such as FinSight Ventures, Florida Funders, and Aliya Capital Partners. Founded in 2022, Betr plans to utilize the funds to expand its operations and business reach.

Betr operates through Betr Gaming, an online sports betting and gaming business with a user-friendly interface, and Betr Media, a sports betting media brand. Betr Gaming is already licensed and operational in Ohio and Massachusetts, with plans to launch in Virginia and other jurisdictions. Additionally, Betr Media has amassed a significant following since its launch in August 2022. The recent acquisition of the Chameleon platform from FansUnite will enable Betr Gaming to launch its online sportsbook product, Betr Betting, with comprehensive sportsbook capabilities. The company also has plans to introduce two additional real-money gaming verticals in the future.
