U.S.-based Black Creek Group, a real estate investment management firm, has acquired 6885 Commercial Drive, an industrial property in Springfield, Virginia (Va), for $52.7 million.

The newly constructed 90,377-square-foot warehouse boasts 32-foot clear heights and offers 194 designated parking spaces.

Situated on 7.3 acres nearby the Manassas Line Commuter Rail and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, the facility is fully leased with Goodman Distribution and a technology company.

Black Creek acquired the property from an undisclosed seller, which was represented by Texas-based real estate investment firm Transwestern in the deal.
