U.S. Black Creek acquires warehouse in Florida for about $10 mln

BRW Floors Inc., a U.S. hardwood flooring distribution company, has completed the sale of a 69,834-square-foot warehouse in Medley, Florida for approximately $10 million.

The one-story building, located at 12800 N.W. South River Drive, includes 7,000 square feet of Class A office space, 15 dock doors with the possibility to add more, 24-foot ceilings and a 120-foot fenced and secured truck court.

More so, the warehouse, completed in 2000 on a 3.5-acre parcel, is adjacent to Highway 27, close to Ronald Reagan Turnpike and Interstate 75.

BRW Floors sold the warehouse to U.S. real estate investment manager and development firm Black Creek Group. Newmark Knight Frank, a real estate company, represented both parties in the deal.
