U.S.-based private equity firm Blackstone is in final talks with private equity fund Xander to sell its infotech parks in Pune, India for around 20 billion rupees ($285.6 million).

Blackstone is selling its BlueRidge special economic zone (SEZ) and another SEZ in Pune.

The company has hired U.S. investment bank and financial services company Morgan Stanley to sell the properties.

Recently, Blackstone entered a deal with Indiabulls Real Estate to buy a commercial property in Chennai for $121.4 million.
