U.S.-based aerospace company Boom Supersonic has fetched $100 million in Series B funding round.
With the funds raised, Boom Supersonic will construct a supersonic demonstrator jet, which will test fly by the end of the year.
The latest round, led by U.S. social services company Emerson Collective, brings Boom Supersonic’s total funding to $141 million.
The funding also had participation from Y Combinator Continuity Fund, Caffeinated Capital and SV Angel, as well as Google, Airbnb, Stripe and Dropbox.
