U.S. Capital Square 1031 pays $103 mln for apartment community in VA

Bristol Development Group, a U.S. real estate investment firm, has divested 2000 West Creek, an apartment community in Richmond, Virginia (VA).

Located at 2000 Broad Branch Circle, the 373-unit property features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Bristol Development sold the one-year-old Class A rental property to Capital Square 1031, a U.S. real estate investment and management company.

Capital Square 1031 paid $103 million or $276,139 per square foot to purchase the asset, which has common-area amenities including a resort-style swimming pool and outdoor courtyard.
