CEG Multifamily, a California-based real estate investment firm, has acquired The Reserve at Quail North Apartments in Oklahoma.
The firm bought The Reserve at Quail North Apartments from Watermark Residential, which developed and opened the property in 2016.
CEG Multifamily paid $38.7 million for the 286-unit property at 2600 Watermark Blvd, which offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
The asset also has amenities including a swimming pool with outdoor kitchen, dog park, game room, package receiving, a clubhouse with televisions and a coffee bar, and a fitness center.
