U.S.-based Change Healthcare, a healthcare revenue and payment cycle management software provider, intends to secure up to $100 million in an initial public offering.

The company, which filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CHNG.

Barclays, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal.

Change Healthcare has raised a total of $48 million in over six funding over six rounds.
