Charger Ventures LLC, a U.S. multifamily investment management platform, has acquired Cordis Mills, a 112-unit apartment complex in Millbury, Massachusetts.
Located at 65 Canal Street, Millbury, the apartment building, which has been fully renovated, was built from the foundation of the original 1870s Mill.
Charger Ventures paid $17.5 million to R.H. White to purchase the property, which is currently fully occupied.
More so, Canada-based commercial real estate services firm Colliers International's capital markets division facilitated the sale.
