U.S.-based hardware and software startup Circle Media Labs has raised $15.02 million in its latest equity financing.
Circle Media Labs, which filed for a form D for the offering, targets $20.02 million.
The fundraising, with about $5 million more, is still open.
Investments will come from angels venture capital, firms and funds.
