U.S. networking hardware company Cisco is purchasing Israeli applications-monitoring startup Epsagon for $500 million.
The acquisition of Epsagon gives Cisco a more modern microservices-focused component for its growing applications-monitoring portfolio.
The transaction is anticipated to close later this year.
On completion of the deal, the Epsagon team will join Cisco's strategy, incubation and applications group.
