New York-based real estate investment firm Clarion Partners announced that it has completed the acquisition of an office building in San Francisco for $335.5 million.

The eight-story building was divested by U.S. real estate company Jack Resnick & Sons.

Currently, U.S.-based technology giant Google is in talks to lease roughly 180,000 square feet in the building, which booked more than $10 million in transfer taxes.

In 2006, Jack Resnick & Sons bought the building at a $192 million valuation.
