U.S. sports and entertainment company Comcast Spectacor, unit of Comcast, and real estate company The Cordish Companies, are planning to construct Pattison Place, a class A business building in Philadelphia.

The new 200,000 square foot office tower will cost around $80 million and will be built right where the Spectrum arena used to be.

The building, which is programmed for 20,000 feet of retail space on the ground floor, will feature a 4,000 square foot lobby, roof decks, fitness facilities, on-site parking, plus panoramic skylines.

The construction of the Pattison Place will begin in spring 2020 and is expected to create more than 1,600 new construction jobs and generate $295 million in economic benefits to the city.
