U.S.-based private equity firm Commonfund Capital Partners VII, part of Commonfund Capital Inc., has raised about $65.9 million in funding round.
Commonfund Capital, which filed form D of an offering, is targeting $100 million in the round.
The offering has $34.09 million and is still open.
Common Fund has raised a total of $1.2 billion across three funds and its latest is Commonfund Capital Venture Partners XII.
