U.S. Corcentric agrees to purchase Determine for about $32 mln

U.S. procurement and financial process automation solutions company Corcentric Inc. has agreed to buy substantially all the assets of Determine Inc., a source to pay and contract management solutions company, for cash of about $32 million.

Corcentric and Determine Inc. expect the deal to bring significant value and opportunity to the combined business and its collective customers and prospects.

Corcentric said that the deal gives the newly-merged company an opportunity to deliver more value to its customers and prospects, and it boosts the international market footprint so the company will have the opportunity to serve an expanded base.

This acquisition is expected to be completed within the second calendar quarter of 2019.
