New York-based online training platform Grovo Learning Inc. will be purchased in a $24 million cash deal by cloud-based learning and talent management solutions provider Cornerstone OnDemand.
Cornerstone's acquisition of Grovo will improve Cornerstone’s access to education on a global basis.
Cornerstone expects to further expand its education, learning and content subscription service.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2018, subject to closing adjustments.
