U.S. a community healthcare solutions company Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. (CPSI) has agreed to buy Get Real Health, a comprehensive patient engagement platform.
With a total purchase price of $11 million in cash, the deal is expected to allow CPSI to advance its ability to care for patients outside the walls of a community healthcare facility.
The company's customers will use Get Real Health’s Ellie app to improve their patients’ health outcomes while strengthening their own bottom lines.
Additionally, CPSI’s greater resources and capabilities will help Get Real Health scale to serve existing and new customers and markets.
