Crow Holdings Capital, a U.S. real estate investment and management company, has bought 491 C Street, an industrial distribution building in Chula Vista, California (Calif).

In a joint venture (JV) with LPC West, the West Coast unit of Lincoln Property Co., Crow Holdings paid $17 million to an undisclosed seller to buy the single-story industrial property.

Built in 1993, the building is located at 491 C St. and is some 3 miles from both Interstate 805 and Interstate 5, 10 miles from the Port of San Diego, and 12 miles from San Diego International Airport.

Furthermore, the 112,000-square-foot asset occupies a 6.9-acre site and includes 37 trailer parking spots, a two-level office build-out component, eight dock-high doors, as well as four grade-level doors.
