U.S. Cws Avenida close to raising $30 million in equity financing

U.S.-based Cws Avenida LP, a unit of real estate investment management firm CWS Capital Partners LLC, is close to raising $30 million in an equity financing.

The company has filed form D regarding equity financing.

Cws Avenida was able to fundraise $1.59 million so far. That is 5.29 percent of the fundraising offer.

The fundraising still has around $28.41 million more and is not closed yet.
