Cold Chain Integrity (CCI), a U.S.-based united dairy farmers company, plans to construct a $20 million cold storage facility in Erlanger.

The facility will create 50 new job positions which will provide employment opportunities in the region, and the additional public storage will benefit local small businesses.

CCI recently broke ground for the new 115,000 square foot ultra-low-temperature public refrigerated facility on its existing warehousing and distribution campus in Erlanger. The warehouse will serve existing large-scale customers and offer public storage for local small business owners and non-profit organizations.

CCI expects the facility to be open by summer 2019. The new jobs will include drivers, office, administrative and warehouse positions. The new building will help CCI meet the industry’s growing demand.
