U.S. DentaQuest agrees to acquire DCP Holding for $41.5 mln

U.S.-based dental insurer DentaQuest LLC has agreed to buy dental insurer and vision benefits holding company DCP Holding Co.

Under the deal, DentaQuest will pay about $41.5 million in cash for DCP.

The companies noted the deal is expected to be completed by September 30.

For the third quarter, DCP logged about on $29 million in revenue.
