U.S. DRA Advisors, Pine Tree JV buys retail center for $33 mln

U.S.-based real estate investment firm DRA Advisors and real estate developer Pine Tree LLC joint venture (JV) has bought a retail centre located in the Chicago suburb of Kildeer.

Under the terms of the deal, the joint venture paid $33 million for The Shops at Kildeer, a 171,339 square foot.

U.S.-based real estate services and investment firm CBRE acted as a broker on the deal.

U.S.-based financial services firm Draper and Kramer arranged acquisition financing through law firm Wells Fargo on behalf of the JV.
