U.S. EXAN acquires San Jose office buildings for $95.2 mln

EXAN Group, U.S. real estate fund and asset management company, has acquired the two office buildings within the District 237 complex in North San Jose, California for $95.2 million.

Built in 1999 and 2001, District 237, located at 100 Headquarters Drive and 200-350 Holger Way in San Jose, was built with eight one-, two-, and three-story buildings.

The company bought the class A properties, which span a total of 142,710 square feet, from commercial real estate investment firm KBS.

EXAN Group will be retained as the manager of the two buildings at District 237. More so, CBRE Northern California Capital Markets brokered the deal.
