New York-based asset management company Blackstone Group has completed the sale of Oak Brook Gateway, an eight-story Class A office building in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Located roughly 17 miles from Chicago at 1111 W. 22nd St., Oak Brook Gateway has amenities such as a conference center, fitness facility café and a four-level parking garage.
Blackstone sold the 233,200-square-foot office building to U.S. real estate investment company Fairbridge Properties for around $42.9 million.
With the acquisition of Oak Brook Gateway, which is currently 93 percent occupied, Fairbridge has expanded its presence into the metropolitan Chicago market.
