U.S. financial institution company Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLBank Atlanta) has revealed that the application process for its 2019 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Competitive round will be open beginning June 3, 2019.
A total of more than $30 million in funding will be available for this round.
FHLBank Atlanta, a unit of Federal Home Loan Banks, member financial institutions and their community housing partners will be awarded up to $500,000 for individual AHP projects through a competitive application process.
In 2018, the company awarded over $25 million to assist in the funding of 4,239 affordable rental and homeownership units.
