U.S. Finmarc Management purchases $40 mln Maryland shopping center

U.S.-based commercial real estate company Finmarc Management Inc. has purchased shopping centre in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Finmarc Management paid $44 million for the property.

The seller of the property was U.S.-based real estate investment trust SITE Centers.

The shopping centre, which was sold in 2007 for $54 million, is rent out to retailers including Marshalls, Shoppers Food Warehouse, Dollar Tree and Dress Barn.
