U.S. organic food technology company MycoTechnology has completed a $30 million Series C funding round.

MycoTechnology plans to use the funds to advance expansion and accelerate research and development project execution of the team in order to facilitate current and future projects.

S2G Ventures Fund II, Middleland MT Holdings, ADM Capital’s Cibus Fund, and TML-Invest S.à r.l. co-led the round with participation from Tysons Ventures, Bunge Ventures Ltd., Continental Grain Company, Eighteen94 Capital, and DNS-Hiitake LLC.

The company has bagged a total of $82.6 million in over 7 funding rounds.
