U.S. Forum Financial acquires Lamia, Vantage Point for $281 mln

U.S.-based Forum Financial Management, a financial advisory firm, has completed the acquisition of two registered investment advisors (RIAs) for $281 million.

Forum Financial Management acquired U.S.-based asset management firm Lamia Financial Group as well as Vantage Point Advisors.

Forum Financial Management said that the two deals boosted its advisor headcount by 16 to 66 and its assets under management to $3.6 billion.

In the third quarter of 2018, Forum Financial Management booked $8 million in revenue.
