U.S.-based infrastructure and equipment company Fortress Transportation & Infrastructure Investors LLC (FTAI), unit of Fortress Investment Group LLC, announced the closing of its share offering.

The company has bagged approximately $20 million in its registered common stock offering.

FTAI, which has a market capitalization of $1.24 billion, traded its shares on the New York Stock Exchange.

U.S.-based law firm Cravath represented Fortress Transportation & Infrastructure Investors LLC in connection with the offering.
