U.S.-based Gardner Denver Inc., an industrial equipment, technologies and services provider, has purchased specialty industrial pumps and aftermarket parts manufacturer MP Pumps for $58 million.
Gardner Denver said that MP Pumps complements and extends its existing specialty industrial pump offering and offers increased access to expertise in the market.
MP Pumps stated that it expects the deal to give it an expanded commercial and operational footprint as the company continues to deliver high-quality products and services to its customers.
MP Pumps, which reported $1.13 billion in revenue in 2017, will become part of Gardner Denver’s industrials segment.
