Georgia-Pacific LCC, the U.S.-based pulp and paper unit of chemicals to energy company Koch Industries, announced plans to build its lumber plant in Warren County, Ohio.

Georgia-Pacific will invest approximately $135 million in the expansion plans at its new facility.

The new facility, with 340,000 square foot, will employ around 140 people once it comes into operation.

Some of the warehouses and other parts of the old mill will be retained when the new plant is in operation in the summer of 2019.
