Maryland-based pooled investment fund Greenspring Ge V L.P., run by Greenspring Associates, intends to land $20 million in funding round.
The company also noted that the offering will be raised in form of limited partnership.
Greenspring has $11.9 million in revenue annually.
Greenspring Associates has raised a total of $2.9 billion across twelve funds.
