U.S. Hello Living purchases 4650 Broadway site for $55 million

U.S.-based real estate development company Hello Living announced that it purchased 4650 Broadway in Inwood, Manhattan.

Hello Living intends invested $55 million in the 370,039 buildable square feet.

U.S. designing, engineering and development service firm GreenbergFarrow will design the project that consists of 272 residential units, 140,000 square feet of community facility and 40,000 square feet of commercial space.

Previously, U.S.-based property developer FBE Limited paid $26 million for the site from Acadia Realty Trust.
