The Holiday Inn Denver East-Stapleton, U.S. hotel run by UK-based hospitality company InterContinental Hotels Group, has concluded the renovation project with $12.8 million.
The renovation project, which began in March 2017, included a facelift with 298 guest rooms and 20,000 square feet of meeting space.
Further, the hotel was refreshed with new lighting fixtures, wall coverings and carpeting, new modern couches and chairs, and modern décoration.
In 2017, InterContinental Hotels Group booked $1.8 billion in revenue.
