InterCapital Group, a U.S. multifamily real estate investment management firm, has completed the acquisition of Hickory Falls, an apartment community in Villa Rica.
Constructed in 2003, the asset has amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, two tennis courts and a dog park.
InterCapital acquired the 220-unit apartment community from Wilkinson Group for $31.1 million.
As part of the transaction, Wilkinson Group was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the deal.
