U.S. Trust Advisors buys $28 mln stake in cybersecurity firm Tenable

U.S.-based investment firm First Trust Advisors LP has purchased a stake in cybersecurity firm Tenable Holdings Inc.

Valued at about $28 million, First Trust Advisors acquired 713,666 shares of the company’s stock.

U.S. investment firm Insight Holdings Group LLC bought a stake in Tenable in the third quarter worth $1 billion.

Tenable Holdings had revenue of $69.40 million for the last quarter.
