An affiliate of Kawa Capital Partners, U.S. asset management firm, has closed on the purchase of Connection Park, a two-building office campus located north of DFW International Airport.
Constructed in 2015 and 2016, the buildings, which were developed by U.S.-based Stream Realty Partners and Chief Partners, contain more than 280,000 square feet.
Additionally, the tenants in the buildings include First American Title, 7-Eleven, Atos IT Solutions and Compass One LLC.
Kawa Capital Partners acquired the two-building Irving office campus for a total purchase price of over $78 million.
