U.S.-based cloud-hosted workflow communications platform Kerauno has collected $25 million in Series A.
The round was headed by The Joan Hanley Trust, Andretti Autosport and other unnamed institutional investors.
With the net funds, Kerauno intends to enhance its future acquisitions and extend its workforce as well.
Annually, Kerauno generates about $4.5 million in recurring revenue.
