U.S. specialty insurance company Kinsale Capital Group intends to start construction on its $50 million office development in the Westwood Avenue area, Baltimore.

Recently, Kinsale Capital acquired 5.7 acres land for $2.5 million where it intends to build the five-story office building.

The 150,000-square-foot development will include a four-story, 600-space parking deck. Kinsale will occupy around 75,000 square feet in the new building, leaving the rest of the for lease to other office users.

The building is anticipated to start in April and expected to be wrapped up in September 2020.
