U.S. KKR agrees to buy majority stake in OneStream for over $500 mln

New York-based investment firm KKR has agreed to buy a majority stake in corporate performance management software provider OneStream Software for over $500 million.

KKR’s investment values OneStream Software at over $1 billion.

In October last year, KKR participated in a $1.25 billion commitment in Epic Games, valuing the company at $15 billion.

Annually, OneStream Software generates approximately $3.3 million in revenue.
