U.S.-based KnowBe4, a cybersecurity training firm, has raised $31.56 million in an equity offering.
The company plans to use close to $10.3 million of the proceeds for an equity repurchase.
KnowBe4 has nabbed a total of $93.5 million in over four funding rounds.
The company generates approximately $68.5 million in revenue annually.
