Bermuda’s White Mountains boosts its investment in U.S. Kudu to $250 mln

Bermuda-based financial services holding company White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. is increasing its capital commitments in U.S. investment firm Kudu Investment Management, LLC to $250 million.

Further, White Mountains will buy the interests previously held by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.

White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. has $178.3 million in revenue annually.
