New York-based real estate developer Kushner Companies has revealed that it acquired the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal, a hotel located on 25 wooded acres, across from James Forrestal Campus of Princeton University.

Bought from Lone Star Funds, Princeton Marriott at Forrestal cost $36.6 million.

Lately, the company has been buying more property in Long Branch in relation with its Pier Village development.

In July, Kushner revealed the purchase of 304-unit apartment complex in Middletown formerly known as Thousand Oaks Village in a $56 million deal.
